I was new to using a removals company so wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the packing service etc. Well these guys were brilliant! 4 turned up with 2 vans, and within 3.5hrs had packed up my entire 2 bed house/shed/garden and loaded the vans. The care and attention to all of our belongings was amazing, everything paper wrapped, boxed and labelled. Really nice lads too. They took apart our beds and had them assembled at the new house in no time at all! Went out of their way to ensure i was happy. Absolutely seamless. Easily the best moving experience we have had - and we’ve moved a lot! Competitively priced - efficient and nothing, and I mean nothing was too much trouble. The guys worked cheerfully and we never felt under pressure which we had done in previous moves. Every request was met with a smile and a yes! This is the third time I have got David and his team to help me. This move was a really big one, not only physically (huge downsize) but also emotionally. I wonder if any move is not emotional, but David's team were not only hugely efficient but kind, sensitive and thoughtful. One of the team had 40 years of experience of removals and knew exactly what to do with my baby grand piano! It was not easy and there was an issue with specialist equipment, but they dealt with it. All my belongings are now safely installed in my new home. They are the best people to have around on move day. At times, inspired suggestions for the placement of furniture at the other end. On the moving day, the team arrived on time and were incredibly efficient and friendly. They handled our belongings with care, ensuring everything was securely packed and loaded. Their positive attitude made the day less stressful and they even managed to fix a bed which was much appreciated. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent and Alice was very kind in holding the date when we didn’t exchange on the expected date.
