To secure your move, we require a deposit of just 40% of the total moving cost. This initial payment confirms your booking and allows us to allocate the necessary resources and personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient move. The remaining balance is then payable once the move is completed and you are fully settled in your new location. This payment structure is designed to provide flexibility and convenience, allowing you to focus on your move without the immediate pressure of full payment upfront.
We are pleased to offer the option to transfer your reservation to an alternative date, provided that a notice of at least 10 working days is given. This allows us adequate time to adjust our schedules and accommodate your new plans. However, if the notice is less than the required 10 working days, please be aware that the deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures that we can maintain a high level of service and availability for all our clients.
Our work colleagues are contracted to work from Monday to Friday, ensuring that we can provide consistent and reliable service during regular business days. While we understand that some moves may require flexibility, we do occasionally work on weekends. However, it is rare for us to undertake house removals on weekends. We encourage our clients to schedule their moves during the weekdays to ensure the best availability and service quality.
